I have lipodemia, buying loose fit jeans is usually almost impossible but these fit beautifully, as with lots of women with lipodemia my waist is small compared to hips and legs so buying jeans big enough for my legs means that the body is too big but these are perfect mainly because they have a working drawstring and do not come up to my bra! Good pockets too
